Don and Marianne Carlson created Einstein Advisors with a specific focus in mind: Hire great agents, and work tirelessly to make them even better! We are certainly hoping to grow, but that growth must be in accordance with that fundamental concept. We have earned a reputation for personal integrity and outstanding customer service. We hire agents that are the kind of people who will earn and enhance that reputation every day, with every client.

Our Processes
Each of our agents has developed his or her own processes for running their business, but we all subscribe to the same theory of customer relations. We all agree that our main purpose is to educate our clients so they can make informed decisions for their own lives. At Einstein Advisors, we are committed to teaching, first and foremost, prior to any sale.
We know that an educated, informed consumer will make good decisions, and will appreciate our role in those decisions. After the sale, our focus shifts to providing caring, professional service and ongoing support.
